The registration fee for full congress includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Coffee breaks on 30, 31 August & 01 September 2018

- Conference bag and all associated material
- Final program

The registration fee for one day includes:

The fee does not include breakfast, accommodation, air or land transportation to Athens. Accompanying persons will also be extra.

- Please ensure that the Conference title and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will be sent only upon receipt of the required fees. Should you not receive a confirmation letter, please contact the official PCO, AFEA S.A.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Conference account on time.
Registration Cancellation Policy
o Cancellations received up and including April 30th, 2018 – full refund
o Cancellations received between April 30 to June 30, 2018 – 30% will be refunded.
o After July 1st, 2018 – no refund will be made.
o Replacements allowed until June 30th, 2018 – please contact Conference Organizer at info@ibbyConferenceathens2018.com
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the IBBY2018 Conference Secretariat at info@ibbyConferenceathens2018.com before June 30, 2018. An administrative fee of 50 euros will be deducted from all refunds. No fees will be refunded after this date.
Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
